Disclosed is a device for sterilizing and disinfecting a wheel of a vehicle moving between districts or passing by a farm so as to prevent spread of infectious diseases. The device for sterilizing and disinfecting a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a water tank for storing water; a motor/pump for discharging water stored in the water tank; a disinfectant supply unit for supplying disinfectant to mix and dilute the disinfectant in water transferred by the motor/pump at an optional ratio; a pair of foothold bodies having an accommodating unit formed to have an open upper side and accommodate the disinfectant, and disinfecting and sterilizing a wheel of a vehicle by the disinfectant when the wheel of the vehicle passes through the accommodating unit; and an air bladder installed in a pipe path between the disinfectant supply unit and the accommodating unit of the foothold bodies, supplying the disinfectant to the accommodating unit when the amount of the disinfectant accommodated in the accommodating unit is lower than a determined water level, and blocking supply of the disinfectant into the accommodating unit when the amount of the disinfectant in the accommodating unit is higher than a determined water level.
