The present invention relates to a method for mounting a vessel installed in a topside module of FLNG, which is to prevent an accident in advance by minimizing a wire work and a high place work required for a welding work and simplifying an installation construction method since a loose vessel is supplied and mounted on the topside module after a part of whole lengths of a trunnion installed in the vessel is cut and since only the loose trunnion is welded. The method for mounting a vessel in a topside module includes: a step (S100) of installing a side beam (200) without the loose topside module (100); a step (S200) of mounting the vessel (300) without the loose side beam (200) and a loose lateral guide (210) installed in the topside module (100); and a step (S300) of welding a loose part of the trunnion (310) after mounting the vessel (300).
