The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating mental disorders, comprising phosphorylation inhibitors of 831st serine of GluA1 in an AMPA receptor. The composition according to the present invention directly controls AMPA receptor activity through specific inhibition of 831st serine residue phosphorylation of GluA1 subunit in the AMPA receptor, can prevent or treat various mental disorders associated with abnormal activity of the AMPA receptor, and especially can be helpfully used in inhibiting fear relapse.
