The present invention relates to a photoelectric hybrid cable for multimedia which has a simplified manufacturing process, and a minimized diameter. The hybrid photoelectric cable for multimedia comprises: an optical unit including a plurality of optical fibers, and an optical fiber protection layer formed by curing a curable resin in order to surround the optical fibers; a plurality of conductor units including a conductor and an insulator covering the conductor; and an outer jacket provided around the optical units and the conductor units.
