<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cover opening/closing work efficiency by allowing a cover to be opened/closed by a manual operation and to secure sealing property to prevent the leakage of a fluid by surely holding down the cover even by the manual operation. <P>SOLUTION: This fluid device includes a hole part 10 formed in a body 1 having a fluid passage 4, and the cover 11 for opening/closing the hole part 10. The cover 11 can be insert-fitted into a predetermined depth position of the hole part 10, and the outer periphery of the cover 11 is provided with a seal member 14 elastically contacting the inner periphery of the hole part 10, and a groove 16 is formed along the outer periphery of the upper face of the cover 11 insert-fitted to the inner periphery of the hole part 10. A ring member 20 arranged on the cover 11 and formed of a spring material is provided and enlarged in diameter so that its outer peripheral part is inserted in the groove 16 and that its inner peripheral part holds down an upper face outer edge part 36 of the cover 11.
