<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper alloy sheet material which is excellent in bendability, strength, stress relaxation characteristic and fatigue characteristic, and is suitable for a lead frame, connector and a terminal material or the like for electric/electronic devices and a connector, a terminal material, a relay and a switch or the like for automobiles. <P>SOLUTION: The copper alloy sheet material which is excellent in strength, bendability, stress relaxation characteristic and fatigue characteristic is a copper alloy containing 3.2-6.0 mass% Ni and 0.2-1.5 mass% Si and the balance being Cu and unavoidable impurities, and in crystal orientation analysis in measurement by an EBSD method, the area ratio of a Cube orientation ä100}<001> is ≥3% and the area ratio of a BR orientation ä362}<8-53> is ≤15%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
