The present invention relates to a roll-over valve which discharges pressure in a vehicle fuel tank and prevents a leakage of fuel in the fuel tank to the outside in case of a rollover accident. The present invention comprises a roll-over valve, which is in a structure of being opened and closed while being interlocked with the refueling gun, on one side of a filler pipe into which a refueling gun is inserted, and thus implements a new type of venting structure capable of preventing venting during the injection of fuel and performing venting at all times after the injection of fuel. Therefore, the venting performance is increased and additional injection of fuel can be effectively limited.
