Nursing bra accessory

An accessory for a nursing bra, the bra having two openable cups 10a, 10b supported from respective shoulder straps 22a, 22b by respective shoulder clasps. Each clasp has a first upper portion 17a, 17b connecting the respective shoulder strap 22a, 22b to re­spective under arm portions 24a, 24b, and second lower portions 16a, 16b releasably engaged with the first upper portion 17a, 17b and which are attached to the top of the respective cup. The accessory comprises a fabric sheet 102 having two portions each connected to separate coupling members 104a, 104b, each coupling member being engageable between the respective first upper portion 17a, 17b and the second lower portion 16a, 16b of each shoulder clasp. In use the fabric sheet 102 conceals a portion of the users breasts. The central portion of the fabric sheet 102 may comprise fastening means to attach to a central portion of the bra.
