The device (10) has reading circuits with metal-oxide-semiconductor transistors to charge and discharge photodetectors e.g. photodiodes, of pixels (18). An electronic circuit is formed of an activation signal generating matrix (30) and reference and evaluation blocks (32, 34) and arranged on a substrate (14) to control transistors to generate charging and discharging activation signals transmitted to the transistors via electric links (16) between substrate and another substrate (12). One of the pixels is associated to one of the signals imposing integration time appropriate to the pixel. |
