The present invention relates to a mat for training golf, which includes a lower plate, a buffer member disposed on an upper surface of the lower plate, an upper plate mounted on an upper part of the buffer member, and a guide member provided on an upper surface of the edge of the lower plate, wherein a guide hole is provided on the upper plate corresponding to the guide member, and the guide hole is coupled to the guide member, and the upper plate is mounted to be movable. As described above, according to the present invention, because a plurality of buffer members are disposed in an upper part of the lower plate, impact is reduced by actions of the respective buffer members when a golf practicer hits a golf ball on the upper plate, thereby advantageously preventing injuries of the arm, shoulder and joint of the golf practicer by impact upon hitting the mat with a golf club. In addition, a structure in which the guide member is provided on an upper part of the edge of the lower plate; the guide hole is formed in the edge part of the upper plate corresponding to the position of the guide member; and the guide member is inserted into the guide hole is provided, so that the upper plate is moved when the golf practicer hits the mat with the golf club and the same hitting practice effect as in an actual field is thus offered. |
