PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer capable of continuously performing printing on two orthogonal side faces of a work-piece which is conveyed by a conveyer.SOLUTION: A printing unit 5 having: a print head part 8; and a head attachment part 6 in which rollers 604, 605 are installed on a contact face with a work-piece 10 is attached to one end of an arm 2, and the other end of the arm 2 is rotatably supported to an arm support part 3. Torque generation means 320 for giving torque to the arm 2 is loaded on the arm support part 3, and the printing unit 5 is pressed to the work-piece 10 under conveyance by a conveyer by the torque to be given to the arm 2 by the torque generation means 320. Printing is performed on a front face of the work-piece 10 while moving the printing unit 5 along the front face facing the printing unit 5 of side faces of a printing object 10 according to the conveyance of the work-piece 10 while bringing the rollers 604, 605 installed in the head attachment part 6 into contact with the work-piece 10. |
