The present invention relates to an intelligent electronic device attached to body with dual frequency comprising a main body of a wearable type. In the main body, a control part, a sensor part, an RF communication part, a battery part, and a state alarm part are mounted and included. The control part comprises a micro controller unit (MCU) where a unique ID is recorded for the discrimination of devices. The sensor part, configured to be in contact with to a body of a wearer, comprises a body change sensing part to sense the physical state change of the wearer, and a behavior change sensing part configured to sense the behavior change of the wearer. The RF communication part comprises a wireless communication part of 2.4GHz band for reducing the power consumption of a device and a wireless communication part of a 400MHz band enabling a communication in a disorder or emergency situation. The state alarm part comprises a battery state display part for displaying the state of a battery and a vibration alarm part enabling the wearer to recognize leaving of a communication range with a relative terminal. |
