A mask plate and a manufacturing method of an array substrate are disclosed. The mask plate (30) is used for manufacturing fan-out leads in non-effective display areas on the array substrate, and comprises fan-out lead patterns (31) with multiple fan-out impression lines (310). Each fan-out impression line (310) has a predetermined line width (L1). At least parts of the multiple fan-out impression lines (310) comprise at least one bending part (311), and the line width (L2) of the bending part (311) of a fan-out impression line (310) is smaller than the predetermined line width (L1) of the same fan-out impression line (310). Using the mask plate to manufacture the array substrate can reduce the resistance difference between the fan-out leads, and eliminate the phenomenon of uneven display. |
