PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new cutting device using ultrasonic wave vibration with respect to problems about cutting of food product using machinery.SOLUTION: A cutting tool has a blade on a lower side and the blade performs cutting work during cutting operation. On an upper side of the cutting tool, an ultrasonic wave vibrator for applying ultrasonic wave vibration to the cutting tool is provided. To the cutting tool, reciprocating motion along a longitudinal direction of the blade is applied by a mechanical driving source. |
