The present invention relates to: a composition for promoting blood circulation; a composition for vascular anti-aging; a composition for treating vascular inflammation; a composition for promoting angiogenesis; a composition for treating ischemic heart diseases; and a composition for alleviating and treating local blood stream deficiency, wherein the compositions comprise a ginseng berry extract as an active ingredient and, more specifically, to a composition which promotes nitrogen monoxide generation in vascular endothelial cells by containing a ginseng berry extract as an active ingredient, enhances survival of the vascular endothelial cells, and promotes angiogenesis through a mobility increase of the vascular endothelial cells and vascular tube generation.
