An embodiment of the present invention provides a flexible touch screen panel with improved sensitivity while maintaining resolution. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a touch detection method of a touch detection device comprising: (a) a step of performing a hover detection operation per each of a plurality of clusters made of at least two sensing nodes adjacent to a reference node by setting one of a plurality of sensing nodes as the reference node; and (b) a step of detecting touch occurrence of the sensing nodes included in a relevant cluster on the basis of a result of the hover detection operation.
