<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder protection device for enabling easy construction of a guard part and a guide part while improving the rigidity of the guard part. <P>SOLUTION: The cylinder protection device is disposed on a cylinder rod 10 which has a telescopic motion from a cylinder tube 9. The cylinder protection device comprises: a guard part 11 located on the exposed face side of the cylinder rod 10 and extending along the cylinder rod 10; a fixing part 12 for fixing the guard part 11 to the side of the cylinder rod 10; and a fixed guide part 13 disposed on the cylinder tube 9 for guiding part of the guard part 11 and/or a movable guide part disposed on the guard part 11 to be located along the outer periphery of the cylinder tube 9 for guiding the guard part 11 to be moved, the guard part 11 being formed with a closed-section member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
