<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel hard candy containing a high-pressure gas-sealed candy, which can provide a real soda feeling as when drinking carbonated drink while having high flexibility of mixing. <P>SOLUTION: A high-pressure gas-sealed candy having a high glass transition temperature and a low moisture content is mixed with a base material candy having a low glass transition temperature and a moisture content in a specific range at an initial temperature of 60-90°C followed by molding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
