The present invention relates to a method for culturing human pluripotent stem cells by using a graphene substrate having biomaterial properties and, more specifically, to a method, capable of culturing human pluripotent stem cells for a long period of time, by developing a graphene substrate having a pattern or a structure which can automatically proliferate and maintain the pluripotency without the differentication, while maintaining pluripotent properties of embryonic stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells without the shared culture with feeder cells. Accordingly, the method is cable of maximizing the usage of stem cells for treating intractable diseases, and relatively having easy market entry in the technical aspect and technology demand possibility related to a supporter for culturing the stem cells and inducing the differentiation. |
