The present invention relates to a system and a method for treating organic wastewater using the reverse osmosis membrane separation scheme. The system comprises: a pre-filtration unit for filtering water supplied from the outside, and then individually supplying the transmitted process water to a first and a second process facility; a first filtration unit for filtering first organic wastewater generated in the first process facility to generate concentrated water, and discharging the generated concentrated water to the outside; and a second filtration unit for gathering production water transmitted through the first filtration unit and second organic wastewater generated in the second process facility, and then filtering the same. The purpose of the present invention is to significantly reduce the cost required for the wastewater treatment process by simplifying the organic wastewater treatment process.
