<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pasty food having flavor and color of fruit wine and produced from squeezed lees of fruit wine, and improving the utilization degree of the squeezed lees to be produced at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The pasty food is produced by crushing dry matter of squeezed lees of fruit wine or fruit juice to have an average grain diameter of ≤0.5 mm, and admixing the pulverized dry matter with fruit wine or fruit juice. Another process of production of a similar pasty food includes admixing dry matter of squeezed lees of fruit wine or fruit juice, with fruit wine or fruit juice, and crushing the resultant mixture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
