摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens optical performance adjustment apparatus which enables fringe pattern measurement with more precision by reducing disturbance of air by a space between a lens under test and a reference planar plate.SOLUTION: A lens optical performance adjustment apparatus includes: a reference planar plate which has a reference surface for reflecting incident light and also transmits the incident light; fixing means for fixing a tilt angle of the reference surface relative to the incident light; a concave mirror which reflects light that has transmitted through the reference planar plate and then through a lens under test placed at a predetermined position back toward the lens under test; fringe pattern analysis means which analyzes a fringe pattern with spatial carrier obtained from reflection light reflected from the reference surface of the reference planar plate and test target light that has transmitted through the reference planar plate and the lens under test, reflected by the concave mirror, and transmitted back through the lens under test and the reference surface; and concave mirror tilt angle control means which controls a tilt angle of the concave mirror relative to an optical axis of the incident light to the concave mirror.
