<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of suitably heating containers to be heated and also capable of heat cooking efficiently and continuously. <P>SOLUTION: A continuous rice cooking device 1, which is a heat cooking device, includes a conveyance means 31 for moving a rice cooking pot 2 which is the container to be heated in the conveying direction. A plurality of long strips of carbon heaters 3 for heating the rice cooking pot 2 are arranged below the moving region of the rice cooking pot 2. A reflector for reflecting infrared rays from the carbon heaters 3 toward a bottom plate 7 of the rice cooking pot 2 is arranged below the carbon heater 3, so that the whole bottom plate 7 of the cooking pot 2 is heated uniformly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
