<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence panel mounting metal fitting with which mounting work of a fence panel is facilitated, a mounting structure and a mounting method. <P>SOLUTION: A fence panel mounting metal fitting 1 is disclosed for mounting a fence panel 14 onto an angular pillar 6. The metal fitting 1 comprises a pair of side plates 2 which are confronted at an interval, and a connecting plate 3 integrally connecting pedestal end portions of the side plates 2. A groove 4 is formed from the pair of side plates 2 and the connecting plate 3, and one of or both the side plates 2 are tilted to be approximate toward an opening side of the groove 4. An opening width of the groove 4 is set a little smaller than a lateral width dimension of the angular pillar so as to clamp outer side faces on confronted peripheral side face plates 7 of the angular pillar 6. Any one of or both the side plates 2 include arm parts 8 integrally joined from distal end portions of the side plates 2, and in the arm part 8, a joint portion 9 is formed.
