PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flutter hydraulic generating equipment capable of efficiently performing power generation without stopping rotation of a driving shaft of a generator even when a reciprocating movement direction of a blade is changed.SOLUTION: Flutter hydraulic generating equipment includes: a rotating shaft 4 that rotates a driving shaft of a generator; a blade 2 that brings about a flutter phenomenon by being submerged in a stream of water; a support member 3 that rotatably supports the blade 2 and that reciprocates together with the blade 2; a first link mechanism 5 that rotates the rotating shaft 4 by reciprocation of the support member 3; and a second link mechanism 6 that rotates the blade 2 so that the blade 2 can perform plus-minus conversion of an angle of attack with respect to the stream of water near a turning point in the reciprocating movement direction of the support member 3, by rotation of the rotating shaft 4. |
