<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid the durability of which can be ensured even if the welding method of a solenoid guide is changed from the Tig welding to the laser welding. <P>SOLUTION: The solenoid 10 comprises: a fixed iron-core 11; a non-magnetic ring 12 welded to one end of the fixed iron-core 11; a solenoid guide 14 welded to the other end 13 of the non-magnetic ring 12; a lid 15 welded to the other end of the solenoid guide 14 or formed integrally therewith; and a plunger 16 incorporated movably in the axial direction while inscribing the solenoid guide 14 and the non-magnetic ring 12. Durability is ensured by thinning the thickness "t" at the flange of the fixed iron-core 11 and optimizing the groove depth "h" of the flange, thereby preventing concentration of stress on the weld zone. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
