<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser machining system which can prevent a raw plate from lifting owing to the catch of a processed plate when commencing the conveyance of the processed plate. <P>SOLUTION: This machining system includes a laser machine which clips the processed plate W2 while being moved to the raw plate W1 on a table 7, a loader which conveys the processed plate W2 from the laser machine, and a loader control unit which controls the loader. The control process of the loader control unit includes a suction step in which the processed plate W2 that has been clipped is sucked by a plate sucker 20 of the loader on the table 7, an ascent step in which the plate sucker 20 sucking the processed plate W2 is raised to a given level, and an initial horizontal movement step in which the plate sucker 20 is moved horizontally by a given distance in a direction in which a portion on the outer circumference of the processed plate W2 which touches the raw plate W1 moves away from the processed plate W2 at the initial stage of the ascent of the plate sucker 20 resulting from the ascent step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
