Disclosed is a hydrophilic porous membrane comprising a random copolymer consisting of: (a) 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate represented by chemical formula I; (b) ethylene glycol dimethacrylate represented by chemical formula II; and (c) 1,1,1-trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate represented by chemical formula III, and a hydrophobic polymer. Additionally, disclosed are a filter including the membrane, and a method for manufacturing and using the membrane. |
