The present invention relates to a grilled eel seasoning composition and a preparing method thereof. More specifically, the seasoning composition includes cinnamon powder to remove the odor while providing novel flavors and taste. The present invention also provides the grilled eel prepared by using the same. The seasoning composition includes: 100 parts by weight of the cinnamon powder; 150 to 200 parts by weight of pepper; 800-1200 weight parts of garlic; 800-1200 parts by weight of ginger; 10,000-15,000 parts by weight of starch syrup; 9,000-13,000 parts by weight of chilli paste, 400-700 parts by weight of sesame oil; and 500-800 parts by weight of water. The eel is prepared by mixing 5-30 parts by weight of the seasoning composition with 100 parts by weight of washed and prepared eel. The method also includes: a first step of preparing eel to be grilled; a second step of roasting the prepared eel for the first time; a third step of mixing 5-30 parts by weight of the seasoning composition with 100 parts by weight of the roasted eel to prepare seasoned eel; a fourth step of grilling the seasoned eel for the second time; and a fifth step of grilling the eel after the second grilling process for the third time. |
