<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container with a spout which can eject fluid contents without causing pulsation, and even if the fluid contents are the paste-like fluid contents having high viscosity, can smoothly eject the fluid contents at refilling to the other container. <P>SOLUTION: In the standing pouch type packaging container 10 having a spout 5 disposed on an upper corner, an opening means which is used when refilling the fluid contents in the packaging container to the other container and opens an air hole 17 for introducing air into the packaging container is arranged in the neighborhood of a lower corner opposite to the spout 5.
