The present invention provides an electric connecting device and a terminal component, by which the installation space is reduced, the number of components is reduced, and the production cost is lowered. The electric connecting device (1a) comprises a connector (2a) mounted on a substrate (102), and a terminal component (3a) fixed on a conductive component (105) with flexibility. An insert part (13) of the terminal component (3a) is inserted into an open hole (40) of the connector (2a) along a predetermined insertion direction (D1), thereby electrically connecting with a terminal (31) of the connector (2a). The insert part (13) of the terminal component (3a) is provided with a contact forming part (19) which can conductively contact with the terminal (31) of the connector (2a). |
