PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for easily and rapidly fixing a ceiling sheet material, which allows the size to be freely adjusted on site.SOLUTION: A clip body 20 includes an upright base plate part 21, and upper and lower elastic gripping parts 22 and 22 extending in a spread shape from the upper and lower ends of the upright base plate part 21. A cover clip 30 having a concave groove shape includes upper and lower gripping pieces 32 and 32 which cover and grip the upper and lower elastic gripping parts 22 and 22 of the grip body 20 immersed in the inside from the upper and lower sides. The cover grip 30 resists the resilient force of the upper and lower elastic gripping parts 22 and 22 of the interior grip body 20 such that the upper and lower gripping pieces 32 and 32 apply pressure to the upper and lower elastic gripping parts 22 and 22 from the upper and lower sides for gripping. The upper and lower elastic gripping parts 22 and 22 are thus moved closer to each other, so that a ceiling sheet material 1 is gripped and fixed with the structure. |
