The present invention relates to an alloy steel pipe quenching system, comprising: a steel pipe quenching transfer device which rapidly cools a steel pipe with a temperature increased via a thermal treatment part by circulating a low temperature cooling gas; a cooling gas cooling device which cools the cooling gas with a temperature increased by heat exchange with the steel pipe in the steel pipe quenching transfer device to a low temperature; and a control part which controls a quenching temperature per time zone of the steel pipe by controlling a supply temperature of the cooling gas circulating in the steel pipe quenching transfer device and a supply amount and a supply rate of the cooling gas. The objective of the present invention is to provide the alloy steel pipe quenching system which precisely controls hardness and scattering of a product by quenching the steel pipe formed with an alloy steel. |
