摘要 The present invention relates to an electrolytic system for producing media, which comprises: a barrier cell including an anode part, a cathode part, and a separation membrane for separating the anode part from the cathode part; a tank for accommodating an acidic solution or a basic solution; and a power supply part. In the electrolytic system for producing media according to the present invention, media are produced by the following steps of: a) introducing precursors of media, which include transition metals respectively into an acidic solution and a basic solution to dissolve the media; and b) introducing the solution of step a) into a reactor and then applying an electrical current to activate metal ions of the media, wherein the reactor has a barrier cell and the metal ions of the activated media have different oxidation values. In addition, the electrolytic system for producing media according to the present invention uses an anode half-reaction and a cathode half-reaction of the barrier cell at the same time, thereby enhancing production rates of media.
