The present invention relates to a gas separation apparatus. The gas separation apparatus includes: (d1) a compressor which compresses mixed gas; (d2) a first gas separation unit which separates the mixed gas into a first concentrate gas and a second permeate gas; and (d3) a carbon dioxide gas separation unit which removes or reduces carbon dioxide from the first concentrate gas. Accordingly, the gas separation apparatus can prevent or minimize a change in an existing biogas refinery facility while increasing a methane recovery rate and lowering methane emissions.
