The present invention relates to a submerged type production system, comprising: a flare tower incinerating a waste gas, comprising a buoy disposed below the surface of the sea, and comprising a truss structure positioned on the surface of the sea; and a production facility submerged below the surface of the sea to be moored. An upper end part of a riser transferring a well-jet mixture gathered in a manifold toward the surface of the sea is connected to the production facility in order to enable the production facility to be submerged below the surface of the sea to be moored. Therefore, the production facility does not receive a wind load, and an effect of waves and a tide is reduced to significantly stabilize the production facility to minimize a load of a tension leg and an anchor.
