Disclosed are a touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the touch panel can comprise: a window including front and rear surfaces; a bezel layer formed on an edge of the rear surface of the window; a sensing electrode formed on the rear side of the window to sense a touch; and an organic protection layer formed between the bezel layer and the sensing electrode. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the touch panel capable of minimizing malfunction, and the manufacturing method thereof.
