<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for amplifying genes contained in a test sample without requiring pretreatment such as separation or purification of nucleic acid contained in the test sample such as a living sample, clinical sample or food; or to provide a method for highly sensitively detecting a specific gene contained in the test sample. <P>SOLUTION: This invention provides the method for amplifying genes contained in the test sample, characterized by bringing a hydrolytic carrier carrying the test sample into contact with a reaction solution containing a buffer, DNA polymerase and primer, or alternatively, the method for detecting a specific gene contained in the test sample, characterized by bringing a hydrolytic carrier carrying the test sample into contact with a reaction solution containing a buffer, DNA polymerase and primer, and detecting whether or not the specific gene is contained in the reaction solution by using an optical means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
