PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical filter, a characteristic measurement method, an analysis device, and an optical device, capable of performing rapid spectrometry.SOLUTION: An optical filter 3 comprises: a first substrate; a second substrate opposed to the first substrate; a first reflecting film provided on the first substrate; a second reflecting film provided on the second substrate and opposed to the first reflecting film; a first electrode provided on the first substrate; a second electrode provided on the second substrate and opposed to the first electrode; and a voltage control section 81 adapted to control electrical potential difference between the first electrode and the second electrode. The voltage control section 81 switches the electrical potential difference from first electrical potential difference to second electrical potential difference larger than the first electrical potential difference. |
