PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cubic structure which holds its cubic structure even under the presence of moisture as a cell culturing condition, has biocompatibility and is useful as a three-dimensional cell culturing scaffolding material.SOLUTION: The porous cubic structure is obtained by coating hydroxyapatite on the surface of the porous cubic structure formed of collagen fiber, the hydroxyapatite being obtained by hydration reaction between two kinds or more calcium phosphate compounds selected from among α-tricalsium diphosphate, calcium monohydrogen phosphate and tetracalsium diphosphate, and a composition containing water-soluble cellose derivative. |
