PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gray zirconia sintered body which takes on pure gray without being tinged with a color such as green or red, and to provide a zirconia mixed powder for obtaining the gray zirconia sintered body.SOLUTION: The zirconia mixed powder contains 0.01-0.5 wt.% of cobalt aluminate and 20-30 wt.% of alumina. The gray zirconia sintered body which shows, in the Hunter color system, a W value of 65-85, an L value of 60-85, an a value of -5 to 5 and a b value of -5 to 5, and takes on gray not tinged with a color can be provided by firing the zirconia mixed powder. |
