PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase shifter or the like in which a loss of a transmission/reception signal is suppressed.SOLUTION: A phase shifter 200 comprises: a linear conductor 211; conductors 212 and 213 curved in an arcuate shape with a radius Ro; and a conductor 214 including a curved portion 214a curved in an arcuate shape with a radius Ri and extending portions 214b and 214c linearly extending from both of respective ends of the curved portion 214a. The conductor 214 is rotated around a rotary shaft 220, a position of a part α of overlapping the curved portion 214a and the conductor 211 is moved along the curved portion 214a, a position of a part &bgr; of overlapping the extending portion 214b and the conductor 212 is moved along the conductor 212, and a position of a part γ of overlapping the extending portion 214c and the conductor 213 is moved along the conductor 213. Thus, a path length of a transmission/reception signal propagated through the conductors 211, 212, 213 and 214 is changed. Thus, a phase (phase shift amount) of the transmission/reception signal is changed. |
