<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that luminous flux passing a peripheral part of the pupil does not reach a peripheral part of an imaging element due to vignetting. <P>SOLUTION: An image processor includes: an image data acquisition section for acquiring a plurality of pieces of parallax image data having parallax to the same scene; and a region determining section for determining a valid image region whose size differs from other parallax image data for at least partial parallax image data in the plurality of pieces of parallax image data. An imaging apparatus includes: an imaging element which can output a parallax image signal for generating the plurality of pieces of parallax image data having the parallax to the same scene; and an output control section for controlling output of the parallax image signal so that at least the partial parallax image data in the plurality of pieces of parallax image data has the valid image region whose size differs from other parallax image data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
