<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining error calculation apparatus capable of calculating the machining error by analysis with higher accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: a tool center displacement calculation unit 42 for calculating the displacement Ya of a rotation center C of a rotary tool 5, based on the cutting resistance Fy of the rotary tool 5 and dynamic characteristics of the rotary tool 5, when the cutting resistance Fy caused in the rotary tool 5 associated with intermittent cutting machining is changed; a post machining shape calculation unit 24 for calculating a post machining shape of a workpiece W, based on the displacement Ya of the rotation center C of the rotary tool 5; and a machining error calculation unit 61 for calculating the machining error of the workpiece W, based on a difference between the post machining shape of the workpiece W and the target shape of the workpiece W. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
