The present invention regards a method for manufacture of a torsion-box type skin composite structure (1) mountable to a main sub-structure (5), the torsion-box type skin composite structure (1) comprises a skin component (7), a stiffener element (9), a fastener element (11) for bonding the torsion-box type skin composite structure (1) to the main sub-structure. The method comprises the step of providing a forming tool (27, 31, 41);providing a skin lay-up (23) onto the forming tool (27, 31);positioning a stiffener lay-up (37) and a fastener lay-up (39) to the skin lay-up (23) for forming an integral lay-up (43) and co-curing the integral lay-up (43); and mounting a coupling member (12, 12') to the stiffener (9) element and the fastener element (11). The present invention regards also a structure (1) and a data medium storing program and production line per se adapted to make use of the data medium storing program for executing said method. |
