<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch module for a power conversion device that can contribute to stabilizing an output power by minimizing the influence of parasitic components on a power wire or signal wire. <P>SOLUTION: The switch module comprises: positive and negative power supply bus bars 23 and 24 configured so that main currents flows therethrough in opposite directions to each other; and control-input plates 27-30 configured so that signal transmission paths thereof crosses the main currents of the positive and negative power supply bus bars 23 and 24, where the influence of parasitic components on the power supply bus bars 23 and 24 and on the control-input plates 27-30 is minimized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
