PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning implement including a strong screw-type pivot structure preventing detachment of a turning shaft in cleaning and simply configured as a handle turning mechanism, and holding and releasing a horizontal state of shaft bodies 10 and 11 by a lock button 18.SOLUTION: A male screw 53 is inserted into a cylindrical portion 52a of a female screw 52 via a spring washer 57 and threadedly engaged with a female screw portion 52b so as to constitute a turning shaft of the cylindrical portion 52a and the female screw 52. A strong handle turning mechanism of a strong screw-type pivot structure regulates turning of the male screw 53 in the inverse direction to a screw rotation direction of the male screw by engagement between an inner-periphery engagement part with a plurality of protruding bodies 66 formed on the inner periphery part of a diameter-enlarged recessed part 65, and a head-part engagement part with a flexible engagement piece 59 formed on the male screw 53, thereby preventing detachment of the turning shaft in cleaning. The handle turning mechanism includes a holding mechanism for horizontally holding the pair of turning shaft bodies 10 and 11 into a T shape by a lock button 18, and a release mechanism for releasing the holding state, thereby enabling smooth cleaning work. |
