The present invention relates to a connector for corrugated steel pipes, and more specifically, to a connector for corrugated steel pipes, allowing the corrugated steel pipes to be installed in a state where a rubber ring as a sealing member is fitted to ends of the corrugated steel pipes, thereby easily performing work to connect the corrugated steel pipes. The connector for connecting the corrugated steel pipes (10) is accomplished by covering connection bands (11) having a ring-shape and formed on end parts of the corrugated steel pipes perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and comprises: a rubber ring (30); and fixing bands (40). The rubber ring (30) has a fastening groove (35) formed on one side thereof to be fitted to the front end of the connection band (11) to be fastened, has a plane surface (31) as the inner surface and a slanted surface (32) as the outer surface, and has a close contact inducing surface (33) as one surface faced when connecting the corrugated steel pipes (10), the close contact inducing surface (33) gradually protruding toward the inside to induce close contact. The fixing band (40) is positioned on the exterior of the rubber ring (30) to cover the rubber ring (30) to be fastened and has close contact pressuring surfaces (41) formed on the inner surfaces of both sides thereof to be slanted at an angle corresponding to the slanted surface (32). |
