Disclosed are a device and method for transmitting a sound QR code, a device and method for reading a sound QR code, and a sound QR system. The device for transmitting a sound QR code according to the present invention comprises: a QR code registration unit for registering information mapped to a QR code in a QR management unit; a sound QR code generation unit for generating a sound QR code based on the QR code; a synchronization signal generation unit for generating a synchronization signal in order to identify a sound QR code; and an audio transmission unit for transmitting an audio signal including the generated synchronization signal and sound QR code. Accordingly, information can be readily delivered and acquired by using a sound QR code.
