The present invention relates to at least one cutting stage (12), and a device to shape a front edge (3, 8) of a workpiece (1) having a burr. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a front edge shaping method of an impressed or finely blanked component and the front edge shaping device of an impressed or finely blanked component such as a bob, a disk, and a synchronizer ring having the burr. The front edge shaping device is able to reduce materials and costs. The above purpose is achieved by a forming stage (13) of the shaping device, and the forming stage comprises: a shaping area (35), and a shaping punch (21) having an embossed protrusion unit (36). |
